Paula at the age of 18 was head hunted by the company Abbey Life after discovering her natural abilities to communincate and problem solve.
Paula remained with the company for 10 years as one of their Senior Protection Advisors also arranging mortgages as part of her service to clients. She had her own Consumer Credit Licence to enable this and had one of the best productivity records as a result of her work ethic and reputation.
Paula then got married and took time away from her career to start a family whilst exploring other business ventures and starting a property portfolio with her husband.
15 years later Paula decided to restart her career, gained qualifications in Mortgage advice and Practice and began helping clients to source mortgages and protect their livelyhoods.
Olivia grew up in the finiancal services environment from her teenage years with her mother being a very successful Mortgage and Protection Advisor.
After traveling and completing her degree in Engineering, she applied those skills to an Office Manger position in Social Care whilst keeping a toe in the financial sector selling protection products where possible.
Over the years she progressed to Operations Manager, managing aspects of business finances, payroll, accounts, human resources and administration. Olivia achieved a Level 5 qualilfication in Leadership and Management and applied her skills to setting up Young Mortgage and Protection Ltd. with her Mother who has been working in the financial sector for over 30 years.
Tony having worked a long time in the Engineering industry across Europe felt it was time for a career change and decided to take his problem solving skills to the financial services. Tony was recruited by Abbey Life and became a successful Protection Advisor. This is where he met Paula, started a family and together worked on multiple business ventures, building a portfolio of successful rental properties.
As Paula restarted her career, her clientelle grew very quickly through recommnendations and word of mouth. In order for Paula to maintain her excellent standards and continue to give her clients the attention they needed, Tony also partook in the Mortgage Advice and Practice qualifications to better support Paula, the business and the growing demand for her skills and services.
